Policies and Terms

Any person who accesses the Drew’s Card Shop (“DCS”) website and uses the services provided by the website has expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). By using the services of DCS, you (herein referred to as “user,” “users,” “customer,” “customers,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.

DCS reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or any policies or guidelines governing DCS and its services, at any time at its sole discretion. DCS reserves the right to make changes without notice. Such changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on the DCS website. Users are encouraged to review the Agreement from time to time for possible changes. Users should discontinue use of DCS website if they do not agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Upon checkout, users will be prompted with three choices for shipping: U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (no tracking), U.S.P.S. Bubble Mailer (tracking), and U.S.P.S. Small Flat Rate Box (tracking). If user selects U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (no tracking), they are accepting all risks associated including lost mail, items damaged in transit, and any other risks. We do not recommend selecting U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (no tracking) under any circumstances as it is a high-risk shipping method and only offer it as an option for cost-conscious users.

DCS offers a 15-day money-back guarantee for items shipped via U.S.P.S. Bubble Mailer (tracking) and U.S.P.S. Small Flat Rate Box (tracking). If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a card, initiate a return request within 15 days via our contact us page. Upon receipt of the card, we will issue a full refund.

If user completes a purchase and selects U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (no tracking), DCS will not accept a return under any circumstances.

Single Card Purchases
DCS guarantees the validity and quality of each single card purchase on its website. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a card, we can offer a refund or store credit in accordance with the rules set forth in the Returns section. If user completes a purchase and selects U.S.P.S. First Class Mail (no tracking), DCS will not accept a return under any circumstances.

Product photos are all taken by DCS of site inventory and represent one of the cards we have in-hand. The card you receive may be different than the one pictured. If you have any specific requests or concerns when purchasing a card, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Box Break Products
DCS offers “box break” products where a member of our team live-streams the opening of a box of baseball cards. DCS sells tickets which represent ownership of cards in such boxes, often designating future ownership of all cards of a specific player or team. Other conditions may apply and will be explained in full on the individual product page.

When a user purchases a box break ticket, they are purchasing all of the cards pulled from the specific box for that specific team, player, or other specified condition. As all boxes are factory-sealed boxes, DCS has no insight into how many cards are in a box for a given team, player, or specified condition. This means the user may purchase the rights to cards for a team, player, or specified condition and we may find no cards for that team, player, or specified condition in the box. All customers and participants acknowledge this risk.

We live-stream box breaks on our official YouTube channel. Each stream will have a designated date and time and the live-stream link will be shared 10-20 minutes prior to that designated time.

Upon the conclusion of each box break, each card is placed into a penny sleeve and securely packaged for shipping within 48 hours via USPS unless otherwise noted. There are absolutely no refunds or returns for box break items.

The team on each card will be used to determine ownership for each card. We do not consider which team the player may currently play for.

If a card features two players from separate organizations, ownership will be determined via a best two of three coin flip during the live-stream event.

Autograph Signings
DCS partners with players, player agents, player managers, player marketing professionals, or autograph brokers to offer mail-in autograph services. DCS offers a blanket money-back authenticity guarantee. DCS is not responsible for items damaged in transit or during the autograph process. We ask all customers acknowledge and understand their items will be handled by multiple people and while we stress best practices related to item care and packaging, we cannot make guarantees related to those steps of the process. We further encourage all customers to “prepare” items for signature to ensure the highest quality signature. For more on item preparation, view our YouTube video on the subject.


  • DCS has no official relationship with Major League Baseball, its clubs, its players, or any other major sport league, team, or player. DCS has no official relationship with any manufacturer. DCS is simply a re-seller of licensed baseball card products and related services. All related intellectual property is property of the league, team, player, or manufacturer.
  • All products are offered “as-is.” Any objections to product quality are covered by our Return policy, detailed above.

Reservation of Rights
No reservation of rights hereunder by DCS shall imply an obligation on the part of DCS to exercise such right. Failure to exercise such right at any time shall not be deemed a waiver of DCS’s right to exercise the same at a later date.
